You are probably aware of all those rumors about Sprint’s interest for T-Mobile and if we think well, none of these two companies have not denied this possible acquisition. Things are still kept in mystery, but it looks like we are almost ready to discover the truth behind all these rumors.
To be more specific, the Wall Street Journal has just reported that Sprint and T-Mobile have already decided that they should combine in some form or another. And maybe things will change sooner hat we might expect as long as Sprint has received various offers from several banks that are willing to finance a deal to buy T-Mobile with up to $50 billion.
Why is such a thing necessary? Well, it’s all about competition and a possibility to defeat the much larger and popular Verizon and AT&T carriers, but we still don’t know for sure if this is really going to happen. As a refresher, AT&T has also unsuccessfully attempted to buy T-Mobile in 2011, so we’ll just keep an eye on things and come back with any further news.
